trus la kan all my friends at that table bantai gelak.one of them ckp kat i he was interested to know how long the 'football' conversation would be lasting. biasa la kan sbb i ni mmg x suka langsung nk amek tau pasal bola nih...hada haku kesah? hahaha. sekali x sampai 1 minit the so called 'football' conversation ended with the word 'PENYU'. nmpk sgt la kan i x tau langsung pasal football nih hehe. even my other friend which sama2 buta football was saying 'AFL' instead of 'EPL'.

in a nutshell, never talk about football during any conversation with me coz i might be felt asleep later on. a confession to make here; i mmg kaki bangku n i mmg xde perasaan pun nk tau about football or to know segala benda yg berkait rapat dgnnya. hada haku kesah???? hahaha...

yess..i just watched this movie today. i know i was a bit late coz i'm enjoying my holiday at mataking and sipadan island. i watched the movie with a friend and we both love the movie so much. if korang x caya, pegi la tgk but guys out there i'm not sure whether u like it or not.

"Based on the books "Confessions of a Shopaholic" and "Shopaholic Takes Manhattan" by Sophie Kinsella. Rebecca Bloomwood (Isla Fisher) is a 25 year old who lives with her best friend Suze (Krysten Ritter) in Suze's flat (paying her friend rent that is well below market value), in a trendy part of town. Rebecca has a very boring job writing for a financial magazine. She has a shopping addiction and her crap job doesn't pay enough. Her bills are piling up, so she tries cutting back (complete fiasco), then she tries making more money (another fiasco). Eventually, Becky discovers a story that she is truly invested in. Exposing the story gets the attention of a colleague that she hasn't quite figured out yet. Some drama ensues as she snags the guy, and she attempts to pay off her ever-growing debt."

after watching the movie, i'm so gonna get the download version. or at least i'm gonna watch it twice or trice. i just love the movie. personally, out of 5 stars, i'm gonna give 4 stars hehe...

jom jalan2: mataking island day 4

This is my last day on the island. I departed at 11am back to Semporna. Since I slept a bit late the day before because I chat with mother at the massage center, I woke up a bit late. I had my breakfast around 8.15 in the morning. Again I had my breakfast alone. My friend was not around; maybe he also woke up late. After breakfast, I hang out at the dive center looking at the beautiful and clear turquoise sea water. I wonder whether I will be coming again or not. I have the desire of coming back and meet up with all my new friends at Mataking but I am not sure whether I can come back or not. Its all depends on time and my schedule especially when I�m transfer back to KL.

The phone coverage on the island is almost none. You can get the coverage at certain area only. I wonder if I�m gonna have a lot of missed calls and messages. I am expecting to get a lot of messages and missed calls daripada dia. Just imagine since January till now dia tak pernah tak sms or missed call I every single day. I didn�t ask for it, it was dia sendiri yg nk buat macam tuh, so what else I can say even though I keep reminding dia don�t do that. Whatever la kan�yg penting I had a good time at Mataking Island.

I was told by the dive center staff that they will receive a group of people from L�Oreal; around 30 people. Fortunately I am leaving the island already so I don�t have to face the crowded environment at the dining place later on. My friend doesn�t mind if he has to face a group of foreigners rather than locals. They seem more respectful and know how to behave. Talking about Malaysian mentality, I think a lot of things to be done to improve it. People keep saying that Malaysian is polite and friendly. In some cases, Malaysian is not like that. They just don�t know how to behave at public which I really dislike. The real problem here is Malaysian lack of civic minded. We may proud with our country development but yet the mentality is still not there to cope with the requirement as developed country. Oppss�lain pulak cerita kan haha.

Anyway, on the last in Mataking nothing much I did. I just packed my luggage earlier so that I won�t forget or left things behind. Kalau kt Tawau ke Sandakan ke boleh la I mintak tolong sapa2 hantarkan ke KK but on the island, it�s quite impossible. My friend packed faster than me coz he didn�t bring a lot of things. He left the room earlier to meet mother at the massage center. Biasa la kan I bila outstation 3 hari, pack barang mcm nk outstation seminggu. If I outstation seminggu, pack barang mcm nk outstation sebulan haha�mana taknya, toiletteries jer dh makan a quarter of the luggage bag.

Actually I still have time to enjoy body scrub or mandi bunga with mother at the massage center. But since I woke up late and I had my breakfast late, so I don�t want to be rushing. Besides I malas nk tukar2 baju lg. Once I have ensured everything being packed I leave the room. I carried my own luggage to the dive center. Before I forget, you can just leave your luggage in the front of your room because the staff will bring it for you to the reception area. I went to the dive center to meet my friend. Everybody was there already. Mcm sedih la jugak leaving the beautiful island and the nice resort staff. I exchanged my business card with a new friend so that we won�t be lost contact.

Later at the reception I met mother. She also wanted to send us back. See, when you are nice with people, they will remember you and will always welcome you to their place. And in a friendship never take advantage of other people and don�t use people around you just to fulfill your desire or your needs. Appreciate them as you appreciate yourself even though some people treat you the opposite way. My friend�s friend was with us because he�ll be on leave for a week. I bought a cute turtle for my friend at Tower 1, KLCC. Hope she likes it.

I�m gonna miss all these new experiences at Mataking Island. I really enjoy my short break and I love to come again some day. The diving and the snorkeling first time experience were amazing and fascinating. If I have time and friends to accompany, definitely I�ll be going again.

Today is my 3^rd day at Mataking Island. I didn�t plan for any water activities. All I want was a day to pamper myself. So I woke up early as usual and headed for breakfast after taking a bath. I had my breakfast alone because my friend woke up a bit late. After I had my breakfast I hang out at the dive center and had a chat with one of the diver instructors and also the makcik who taking care of the small caf� over there. People here are so nice and friendly.

After a long chat, the makcik brought me to the highest tower on the island. On top of the tower the line coverage was at full bar. Fortunately no messages and no call coming in haha. As I told you, if possible I don�t want any interruption during my short break. From there, I saw an island within the Philippine territory which is 20 minutes from Mataking. The scenery up there is really beautiful and relaxing.

Then we went to the massage center and had a chat with the lady masseur. She�s an Indonesian with a mix blood of Indonesian-Belgium. As expected, there are a lot of mixed bloods in Indonesia. If you watch the Indonesian sinetron or drama, you can notice most of the actors and actress are mixed blood. The lady masseur is very friendly. We chat about so many things.

After chatting, we went back to the dive center. I returned to my room and change my cloth. I was planning to go to Mataking Kechil, another small island next to Mataking. The island is connected by a beting pasir. During the high tide, the island will be disconnected. You can only go to Mataking Kechil by walking through the beting pasir during low tide. I brought my handset together so that I can listen to the mp3 song while walking at the beach. Another way to manage your stress is walking by the sea side. Bayu laut yg nyaman n refreshing, korang punya stress akan hilang. I dapat sampai jugak kt Mataking Kechil yg jaraknya mcm jauh jugak la drp Mataking tu sendiri.

Menjelang tengahari baru la balik bilik.My friend was not there yet. I am not sure where did he went to. Tapi baru tergolek2 dpn tv tgk Astro, my friend ajak pegi lunch. Since I pun dah lapar, cepat jer I siap nk pegi makan dgn dia n kawan dia sekali. My friend's friend akan start keje dalam jam 2pm, so on that day dia bangun lewat sikit. Konon2 1-2 jam lps makan tuh nk pegi urut, tp tetiba kawan I ajak pegi Turtle Playground, a diving and snorkeling spot kt area Mataking Island tuh. So apalagi, I pun seret la I punya 'kaki itik' ngan face mask. Keje I berkejar-kejaran dgn penyu jer la kan ahahaha...

We went to the Turtle Playdround dgn sorang foreigner tuh sbb dia pun nk pegi diving. Suka hati korang la kan nk pegi diving sedlm mana, yg penting I nk carik penyu and nk carik clown fish yg sgt comel itu. Teringin jer nk ambik sebotol and tangkap clown fish tuh hehe. Tp I x brani la pulak sbb takut tetiba ribut taufan segala dtg sbb I sesuka hati kacau ikan2 dlm laut tuh. Well, tau2 jer la kan you shouldnt mess with the nature. Karang tetiba tsunami baru tau, tak pasal2 mati katak dlm laut. Oppss...ada katak ker dalam laut?

Bila dah habis diving n snorkeling, kitorang pun balik. I pun dh mcm pening2 kepala sbb mabuk laut. Ombak agak kuat yer ptg tuh so the boat was bouncing terlebih. Suddenly I felt my shoulder pedih bila nk pakai baju. Once I checked rupa2 nyer I kena sunburn. Ahhh...lantak la kan, yg penting I nk pegi urut jugak. After I took my shower, I terus cpt2 pegi carik mother utk urut, Oppss...lupa lak nk bagitau korang, makcik tukang urut tuh kitorang panggil 'mother lily' or 'mother' jer for short form. She's not a priest tau! I pun lupa nk tanya lebih lanjut camner dpt nama tuh. Cerita2 dgn mother mmg best, asyik nk gelak jer, The way dia urut mmg best sampai I terlelap. Sedar2 jer dh jam 6 ptg and dh nk habis pun mother urut. Later my friend came with his friend. They were playing golf nearby. Bukan la padang golf mcm kt Sutera Harbour. just sekadar utk pukul2 n ada lubang2 utk bola golf tuh masuk hahaha...

Lps urut tuh mmg rasa best giler. Mother mmg pandai urut. Habis segala sendi and kepala I dipulasnya. Takut jugak la kan tgh pulas2 tetiba terputus hahaha�later we left the massage center and went back to our room to prepare for dinner. We had our dinner a little bit early coz my friend will be having his massage with mother later on. More tourists were registered on that day. Many new faces I saw during dinner; few couples, families and etc. Even our usual dining table has been relocated to further outside to accommodate more people.

After dinner we headed to the massage center and met mother. It was my friend�s turn to have his massage while his friend and I lepak2 kt situ sambil borak2 dgn mother. Tangan mother mengurut nih tp mulut ttp la nk bercerita itu ini ngan kitorang. Siap gelak2 lagi tuh bila kitorang buat lawak. I risau jer dia tersilap urut kawan I tuh haha. Tp yg kena urut pun join sekali gelak2, so anything happened tanggung la sendiri kannnn�haha. Segala cerita keluar nih termasuk la cerita kt Sulawesi diorang ada ilmu hitam utk bangunkan mayat jalan pegi kubur sendiri�kau hado? Konsep malas nk hantar guna kereta mayat, suruh jer mayat tuh pegi kubur sendiri yg diorang dh korek awal2 haha�

Tgh malam dalam jam 11 mcm tuh baru la kitorang blah from the massage center. Seriously, cuti I mmg sgt best. I have a friendly and nice people around me to chat with. If you wanna get the same experience, you may go to Mataking Island. Oppsss�I tak dibayar utk promo ini ok!

I woke up at 7am. After Subuh prayer at 5am I continue my sleep till 7am. Around 7.30am I went out to the dining for breakfast. Later my friend show up to join me for breakfast. The food served was great and better than the one I had at Marco Polo Hotel (matila memburukkan hotel lain kannnn�tp hotel ni jugak la yg I selalu stay if I overnight kt Tawau). It was my second day at Mataking Island and so far the weather was great for water activities. My schedule today was snorkeling at Sipadan Island.

"Sipadan is the only ocean island in Malaysia, rising 600 metres (2,000 ft) from the seabed. It is located in the Celebes Sea east of the major town of Tawau and off the coast of East Malaysia on the Island of Borneo. It was formed by living corals growing on top of an extinct volcanic cone that took thousands of years to develop. Sipadan is located at the heart of the Indo-Pacific basin, the centre of one of the richest marine habitats in the world. More than 3,000 species of fish and hundreds of coral species have been classified in this ecosystem.

Normally rare diving scenes are frequently seen in the waters around Sipadan: schools of green and hawksbil turtles nesting and mating, schools of barracuda and big-eye trevally in tornado-like formations, pelagic species such as manta rays, eagle rays, scalloped hammerhead sharks and whale sharks.

A mysterious turtle tomb lies underneath the column of the island, formed by an underwater limestone cave with a labyrinth of tunnels and chambers that contain many skeletal remains of turtles that have become lost and drown before finding the surface."

sipadan clear water...

We departed from Mataking Island at 8.30am. There were 10 of us including the resort divers and a family of Japanese. I felt a bit excited because Sipadan Island is one of the destinations you shouldn't miss if you are divers. Furthermore, this is my first experience snorkeling. Seriously, I haven't try snorkeling before even though the Manukan Island is just 30 minutes from KK. Actually if I were given a choice between sea and waterfall, I rather choose waterfall because I like fresh water more than sea water. That's why I haven't try snorkeling before.

From Mataking to Sipadan it took us 70 minutes. Its quite far because Mataking is located far north and near to Philippine whereas Sipadan is located far south and much closer to Indonesia. So that's why we have to travel via boat for 70 minutes unless we stay at Mabul Island. Mabul and Sipadan is much nearer. Why I didn't stay at Mabul? Hmm�Mataking is more beautiful and more private. That's what my friend told me. Since he's a diver, I believe his taste and I believe what he said.

As we were arrived at Sipadan Island, we have to register our name. They only allowed 120 people to be at the island at one time. Not to mention, Sipadan is so beautiful. The water is bright and clear. The beach is white and the sand is so soft. This is a comment from a person who doesn't really like to spend time in sea water. After registration, the boat brought us to the diving and snorkeling spot. There are several spots actually around Sipadan Island.

For a first timer, I was a bit nervous as I jumped into the water. Halooo�the water is really deep ok even though you can see the coral from the surface. I put up my mask and started my snorkeling activity. The Japanese family and I were snorkeling accompanied by one guide. My friend and the rest went for diving but the starting spot was the same. All I can say I really enjoy snorkeling at Sipadan Island. Snorkeling fan out there I urge you to go to Sipadan whenever you have free time. You cannot get the same experience at Peninsular because the water in Sipadan is really clean and untouchable.

As we snorkel, I managed to hook up on a turtle hehe�it was an amazing experience for me. All these while I only saw turtle at the zoo but now I saw and touched a turtle in the wild. Rasa best sgt sbb dapat hook up on that turtle. Mula2 mmg x perasan pun the turtle was that area. But as I leka dok tgk ikan yg cantik2 main nyorok2 kt coral tuh suddenly the turtle appeared right under me. So apalagi terus la kan pegang and hook up on its back. Laju jer turtle tuh berenang. When it started to dive further I have to let it go because I'm wearing the safety jacket. If I x pakai safety jacket and x lepaskan tangan, confirm tenggelam terus kena heret ngan turtle besar tuh haha� It was a huge turtle ok, I think as big as my height. Hmm�probably I should try snorkeling without the safety jacket some day hehe.

We went to 3 diving and snorkeling spots along the day. We took a short break during tea break and lunch. We had both teak break and lunch on the island. There is a hut prepared for tourist to have a break and relax after their snorkeling or diving session. Our packed lunch and tea break were prepared by the resort earlier and brought together with us in the boat. It was so relaxing and I really enjoy my day. After the snorkeling at the 3^rd spot, we check out by surrender a small flag given to the boat captain earlier during check in. Then we leave Sipadan Island and went back straight to Mataking Island.

It was another adventurous day for me during my short break. So many first time experience that I had since yesterday. I will not regret spending my short break with my friend at Mataking Island.

It was my first time went to Mataking and Sipadan Island even though I have been in Sabah for almost 4 years. Well, knowing me I am not a kind of person who likes outdoor activities very much. I can do the entire outdoors but if I were given a choice between indoor or outdoor, I'm gonna choose indoors. I prefer to go to movie, lepak at cafes, shopping, hang out with friends at the shopping mall, window shopping and so on.

My first total outdoor activity was OBS. Later on I went to climb up the Mount Kinabalu last year. The first island in Sabah that I went was Manukan Island. I wrote about it in my previous thread. It was fun and I really enjoy it. Before I left Sabah for good, I think I wanna do something different, something that not in my to-do-list.

As my recent weekdays in Tawau were damn busy, so I decided to join my friend at Mataking Island. It was last minute arrangement and not even in my schedule. When we chat over YM, immediately I took 2 days leave. Monday till Friday I spent my time with work as usual, then Saturday till Tuesday I'll be at Mataking Island. It was on the spot arrangement.

Where is Mataking Island? It is the latest jewel in the Celebes Sea, located at the East Cost of Sabah in Malaysia. You will have the privacy and exclusive space while staying at the only luxurious resort - The Reef Dive Resort on the island. You can experience the powdery sand, crystal clear turqoise water and enchanting reefs at Mataking Island.

So when I wrote this thread, I'm at Mataking Island already. The water, the beach and the island is so beautiful. I haven't seen this kind of scenery before and you cannot get the same experience at Peninsular. If you don't believe me, you should arrange yourself flying to Mataking; highly recommended! Being in Sabah is a good opportunity actually to spend time at one of the finest islands in Malaysia. Every single time there's a lot of foreigners spend their holidays in Sabah just to enjoy the beaches and the islands.

To go to Mataking Island, you have to travel via land transportation from Tawau to Semporna. Then from Semporna we took a boat for 45 minutes to Mataking Island. It was longer journey compare to my trip to Manukan Island. I was quite fortunate because not many people were staying at Mataking Island. So I am a bit free and relax; don't have to be rushing all the time to do this and to do that. When we were taking the boat to Mataking from Semporna, there were only 2 of us; my friend and me, no other tourist.

As we arrived, it seems that everybody knows my friend because he is a regular client. When he was at Tawau office, he used to stay at Mataking to dive at Sipadan. Everything has been arranged for us; a warm welcome with a honey dew juice. I guess they did the same thing as they are accepting guests. My friend and I were sharing one big chalet. My first impression was the room might be as the same as Manukan Island which is simple and not really homey. As I step into the chalet I was amazed looking at the homey and comfy interior. Even the bathroom interior is better than the hotel I was staying in Tawau. I really like it and feel so comfortable. I told myself, I might be visiting Mataking Island again.

Once we have unpacked our entire luggage, my friend went out for diving with his friend, one of the divers at Mataking Island. I myself watching the tv and took a nap before lunch. It was a quite tiring journey from Tawau to Semporna and from Semporna to Mataking Island even though I am not driving haha� The weather was quite hot. Fortunately the room is equipped with fan and air cond. Even the bed is nice and I can sleep well. This is the kind of vacation that I really want. A short break like this is enough to get back the energy and to re-creating the spark.

Then during lunch hour, my friend woke me up to go for lunch. Now I know, we were paying for package which includes lunch and dinner. So the lunch was served as buffet concept and the food was nice. When we were about to choose the food a lady foreigner asked us to eat more vegetables. She said even though our mothers were not around, she will look after our food for them. Haha�she's kinda friendly lady. She determined what food to be eaten for her children. When I look at her table, majority food were healthy food with salad as the main course. Haloo�I am on vacation right now, so no diet haha; I eat whatever I want.

After we eat, I was told to get ready for snorkeling at 1400 hours. Hah�hambek kau pegi snorkeling time tghari buta ngan panas yg membahang. Dahlah I didn't bring my sun block. But at the end the plan was changed, we were going for diving instead! It was my first time diving ok! Kecut perut tgk dasar laut kt Manukan Island tuh yg tetiba terus menjunam jauh ke dalam. Since I do not have the diving license and it was my first time, I can only enjoy the DSD (discover scuba diving). The feeling was just like when I was playing paintball for the first time. I was quite nervous while listening to the briefing by master diver (which happened to be a good friend of my friend). The short briefing consists of safety measures, diving techniques, the dos and don'ts and etc.

Believe me, it sounds very simple but when it comes to practical its quite difficult. Probably you need some times to adjust yourself to breathe using your mouth. Your nose will only being used to balance the air pressure in your ears. Penat jugak la practice before the fun diving begins. In a nutshell, it was really an amazing experience diving at Mataking Island. I have never done this before in my life. See...how crazy I am right now doing unexpected things for myself. Perhaps it is another good way to manage the stress by doing something crazy????

By the way, it was the Earth Hour. So at 2030 till 2130, the power has been shut off. We hang out at the jetty while looking at the clear sky. Banyak giler bintang kt langit that night, sama macam masa panjat Mount Kinabalu last year. Did you guys switch off the light during the Earth Hour?

I can't wait to go to Sipadan for snorkeling tomorrow�have a good day!

starting the day i wrote this thread till tuesday next week i'll be in tawau, sabah. what for? working la of course but at the same time im gonna take a short break. for the upcoming financial i hv planned something for the business. at current economic situation, i believe an alternate approach shud be used to boost the market despite the 60 billion mini budget approved by the government. wah...i berckp mcm ahli ekonomi jer hahaha...

i kt tawau ni mcm bz jugak la, a lot of things to be done n attended. yelah kan last week i dok terperap jer kt office settlekan segala keje2 admin n all the paperworks. starting this week i akan berjln2 meeting all my existing major clients. lama gak la i x jumpa diorang since i came back from china. talking about china, i pun dh lama x keep posted with the project development. maybe everybody is busy to close report n accounts as the financial year will end at march 31st.

tmrw we gonna hv inter department badminton tournament. im preparing all the paperwork n did some preparation for the tournament but i couldnt attend coz im in tawau. masuk event yg ni i dh missed out several important n happening event. sakit gak la hati tp wat camner, as u live ur life u hv to choose. when u need to choose u hv to list down the options n then make decision. semakin lama u hidup, semakin bnyk decision yg u kena buat till u feel masa tuh berlalu dgn cpt sekali.

Ma vie d'amour est suce, c'est pour pourquoi j'ai d�cid� d'�tre simple cette ann�e. Je ne pense pas au fait d'avoir de rapport. Vraiment j'ai une toquade, quelqu'un que je savais juste moins d'une ann�e. Quand nous nous sommes rencontr�s pour la premi�re fois je n'avais pas de sentiments, je continue juste � faire mon travail sans avoir n'importe quelles pens�es. Mais plus tard quand nous sommes sortis ensemble pour un d�ner j'ai commenc� � me rendre compte que j'aime son caract�re tr�s beaucoup. Pour la premi�re fois j'ai commenc� � apprendre le septembre l'individu n�.

pourtant je me rends compte que nous ne serons pas ensemble et nous juste un bon ami. nous parlons, nous causons et nous passons le temps ensemble chaque fois que nous avons un temps libre. Je crois que je veux l'�viter un moment et commencer � construire une limite entre nous. Je dois apprendre � dire "NON". Je sais qu'il n'ira pas faire facile et prendra quelquefois pour r�gler.

where is my short break destination? it will be mataking island. i've been in sabah for 4 years already but i never been to mataking island. fyi, mataking island is another island that people will stay instead of mabul before they dive at sipadan. since the state government prohibit public to stay at sipadan, so they'll stay at mataking or mabul. later i'll share my experience kt mataking island tuh. tp of course la i takkan pegi diving sbb i xde lesen. besides, i pun mmg xde hati nk pegi diving hahaha...

before i write anything, i just wanna ask u a question. have u watch the watchmen movie? tell me what u think about it...but whoever havent watch the movie, the synopsis is as follows:

"Watchmen" is set in an alternate 1985 America in which costumed superheroes are part of the fabric of everyday society, and the "Doomsday Clock" - which charts the USA's tension with the Soviet Union - is permanently set at five minutes to midnight. When one of his former colleagues is murdered, the washed up but no less determined masked vigilante Rorschach sets out to uncover a plot to kill and discredit all past and present superheroes. As he reconnects with his former crime-fighting legion - a ragtag group of retired superheroes, only one of whom has true powers - Rorschach glimpses a wide-ranging and disturbing conspiracy with links to their shared past and catastrophic consequences for the future. Their mission is to watch over humanity... but who is watching the Watchmen?"

my comment is simple; seksaan neraka dunia. we were waiting the movie to end like hell. boring, meaningless n useless. hahaha...if u wanna watch it at the cinema, dont waste your time. just download it n watch it at home!
